At HealthPath Ireland, we are committed to providing high-quality training, mentoring, and registration guidance to healthcare professionals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to ensure our refund process remains fair, transparent, and respectful to both learners and mentors.
Course Fees
Refunds for course enrollments may be considered within 48 hours of purchase.
Mentor Sessions
All mentor session payments are strictly non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
This is due to the dedicated time reserved for your mentor, which prevents them from taking on other sessions during that period.
However, session rescheduling may be accommodated with reasonable notice, subject to mentor availability.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
• Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend a booked session or live class
• Technical issues not caused by HealthPath Ireland’s platform
• Partial or incomplete use of services
Refunds May Be Considered If:
• A cancellation request for a course is made within 48 hours of purchase and before access is granted
• There is a duplicate payment due to a technical error
• A course or mentoring program is cancelled by HealthPath Ireland
How to Request a Refund

• Full name
• Course or service enrolled in
• Date of payment
• Reason for the refund request
All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
